All prices are net of VAT, billed monthly, and every product is cancellable monthly. No setup fee. Mandatory components: the Cloud Computing Server needs one public IPv4 address (€5/month), Platform Vienna additionally needs a VLAN (€5/month) – each net of VAT. The two backup rows cost the same, but they are different products and can be booked independently of each other – and they count differently: the standard backup follows the storage you booked, the Managed Proxmox Backup Server counts real datastore TB.

Why “from” prices?
For us a “from” price is not a marketing figure but the smallest sensible configuration – including every mandatory component. Everything that belongs to it is listed right there. Two examples:
- Platform Vienna from €46.60/month: 4 cores, 8 GB RAM and 100 GB SSD (€36.60) are the minimum, plus the mandatory components public IPv4 address (€5) and VLAN (€5) – €46.60 together. That is exactly the sum you see at the end of the configurator – nothing on top.
- Managed Zimbra Hosting from €4.90 per account: the “from” price already includes IKARUS mail.security (€1.95 per account) – the Austrian virus and spam protection is a fixed part of every account. We spell that out so the lower base price in the configurator does not trip you up. All plans up to €9.90 per account – always including IKARUS mail.security.
The Shop shows the exact monthly price of your configuration before you order – not later on the invoice. No setup fee, no discount countdowns, no prices that jump once a “promotional period” ends.

High availability is built in: it costs no surcharge and applies to every VM, not only above a certain price bracket. What makes the difference is how many resources you need.

Billing, cancellation, payment
How is billing handled?
Monthly and exactly according to your configuration. All prices are net prices plus VAT.
How do I cancel?
Every product is cancellable monthly – with no minimum term. Once the contract ends, we delete your data and backups.
Are there setup fees?
No – none of our products carries a setup fee. Not a single one.
How do I pay?
You receive a monthly invoice for the service you actually have configured. The available payment methods are shown during the ordering process.
Do the prices stay stable?
For 2026 we have given a price stability commitment. And because we work without promotional discounts, there is no price jump after an introductory phase either.
Can I scale later?
Yes. Platform Vienna grows with your needs: you expand cores and RAM at any time in the configurator. Every expansion costs the same linear unit price as on day one.
