Every product is cancellable monthly. No setup fee. Mandatory components: the Cloud Computing Server needs one public IPv4 address (€5/month), Platform Vienna additionally needs a VLAN (€5/month) – each net of VAT. The two backup rows cost the same, but they are different products and can be booked independently of each other – and they count differently: the standard backup follows the storage you booked, the Managed Proxmox Backup Server counts real datastore TB.

Why “from” prices?
For us a “from” price is not a marketing figure but the smallest sensible configuration – including every mandatory component. Everything that belongs to it is listed right there. Two examples:
- Platform Vienna from €46.60/month: 4 cores, 8 GB RAM and 100 GB SSD (€36.60) are the minimum, plus the mandatory components public IPv4 address (€5) and VLAN (€5) – €46.60 together. That is exactly the sum you see at the end of the configurator – nothing on top.
- Managed Zimbra Hosting from €4.90 per account: the “from” price already includes IKARUS mail.security (€1.95 per account) – the Austrian virus and spam protection is a fixed part of every account. We spell that out so the lower base price in the configurator does not trip you up. All plans up to €9.90 per account – always including IKARUS mail.security.
The Shop shows the exact monthly price of your configuration before you order – not later on the invoice. No setup fee, no discount countdowns, no prices that jump once a “promotional period” ends. The month you do not pay when paying annually is not a promotional discount either: eleven instead of twelve monthly prices applies permanently, at every renewal.

What does a server cost at myDataCenter.at?
A single Cloud Computing Server costs from €13.70 per month, including the mandatory IPv4 address. Your own resource pool as a Cloud Computing Platform starts at €46.60 per month. Billing is linear, from five unit prices: €4.50 per core, €1.70 per GB RAM, €0.05 per GB SSD, €0.17 per GB NVMe and €25 per TB backup – all prices net, no setup fee, cancel monthly. How is billing handled?
Exactly according to your configuration – in the cycle you choose: monthly, quarterly or annually. Paid annually, a year costs eleven monthly prices instead of twelve. All prices are net prices plus VAT.
What do I save by paying annually?
One month: a year costs eleven monthly prices instead of twelve, so 8.3 % less. That applies to every product and to every line of your invoice – from the core and the terabyte of backup to the mailbox – with no voucher code and no deadline. Example: the Cloud Computing Server with 2 cores, 4 GB RAM, 100 GB SSD and IPv4 costs €25.80 per month, so a year costs €283.80 instead of €309.60. This is not a promotion; it applies at every renewal. In return you pay the year in advance in one invoice, and if the contract ends early the paid period is not refunded. If you prefer to pay monthly, nothing changes – the monthly price stays the same. If you already pay annually, the discount applies automatically from the next billing cycle, with nothing to do on your side. If you currently pay monthly and would like to switch, contact our support team – we change the payment cycle, and nothing about your configuration changes.
How do I cancel?
Every product is cancellable monthly – with no minimum term. Once the contract ends, we delete your data and backups.
Are there setup fees?
No – none of our products carries a setup fee. Not a single one.
How do I pay?
You receive an invoice for the service you actually have configured – monthly, quarterly or annually, depending on the cycle you chose. The available payment methods are shown during the ordering process.
Do the prices stay stable?
For 2026 we have given a price stability commitment. And because we work without promotional discounts, there is no price jump after an introductory phase either – the free month for annual payment is not a promotion either, it applies at every renewal.
Can I scale later?
Yes. Platform Vienna grows with your needs: you expand cores and RAM at any time in the configurator. Every expansion costs the same linear unit price as on day one.
