All deliveries and services provided by myDC Cloud Services GmbH are subject to our General Terms and Conditions of Business and Delivery (as of October 2023). We are happy to send you the current version – just get in touch with us.
- The services are available to businesses only; use by consumers within the meaning of Section 1 KSchG (Austrian Consumer Protection Act) is not permitted.
- Austrian law applies. The agreed place of jurisdiction is the court having subject-matter jurisdiction for the registered office of myDC Cloud Services GmbH.
- All prices stated in quotations or price lists are exclusive of statutory VAT.
Dispute resolution
Without prejudice to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts, customers are entitled to submit disputes and complaints relating to communications services that cannot be settled satisfactorily with myDC Cloud Services GmbH to the conciliation body of the Austrian Regulatory Authority for Broadcasting and Telecommunications (www.rtr.at) within the statutory period.
