Partner program for IT system houses and MSPs

The complete cloud platform. Under your brand.

Your logo, your domain, your invoices: you sell sovereign cloud from Austria as your own product. Infrastructure, platform and operations come from us – the customer relationship, the invoicing and the margin stay with you.

For IT service providers, IT system houses and MSPs – especially now that the VMware VCSP program has ended.

Your own branding, your own domain

Your own invoices and payment methods

KVM, Ceph and high availability from Austria

No setup fee

White-label

Everything under your brand – not just the logo

For us, white-label is more than “swapping the logo” – it is a complete platform that your customers experience as yours, from the first sign-up to the invoice.

Your own domain

Your dashboard runs under your domain, with your favicon. Your customers log in with you – not with us.

Your own look and feel

Logo and color scheme throughout the entire dashboard. Your customers see your brand, from the login screen to the browser console.

Your own invoices

You invoice your customers yourself – with your sender details and your company data. We bill you and only you, and we never appear in front of your customers.

Your own payment gateways

Payments run through your own payment methods. Your customers’ money flows directly to you – not through a third party.

Your own email templates

Order confirmations, credentials, reminders: every system email reaches your customers in your wording and your design.

Division of labor

Your brand, our engine room

Behind your dashboard runs the same platform we operate our own customers on: KVM virtualization without overbooking, Ceph storage and high availability for every VM – in ISO 27001 certified data centers in Austria, awarded the Cyber Trust Austria label.

Your customers get real self-service around the clock: create VMs, browser console with live preview, snapshots, private networks, firewall – right through to a backup restore without opening a ticket.

  • From myDataCenter.at: infrastructure, platform, operations and updates
  • From you: brand, customer relationship, invoices
  • Your customers’ data stays exclusively in Austria, backups included
  • Availability you can check live: a public status page built from our own monitoring history

Getting started

Three steps to a cloud under your brand

From the first conversation to the first customer order – without a marathon project.

Request demo access

You get in touch through the form just below. We set up white-label demo access for you under a sample brand – you work through the dashboard, the configurator and a backup restore from your customers’ point of view.

Define branding and terms

Logo, favicon, domain, color scheme, email templates and your partner terms: we configure your platform together. You set up invoicing and payment the way you already work with your customers today – myDataCenter.at bills you and no one else.

Onboard your first customers

You create your first customers – or they order directly through your dashboard. Provisioning, operations and platform updates run on our side; you concentrate on consulting, projects and growth.

Request

Step one starts here.

Three steps: your company, your plans, your contact details. After that we set up your demo access or work out your TCO with your own numbers.

Step 1 of 3Your company
What describes you best?

Helps us understand your business up front.

Step 2 of 3Your project
What is interesting for your end customers?
Step 3 of 3How can we reach you?

We use your details only to reply – no newsletter, no sharing with third parties.

Optional – only needed if you want a call back.

How should we reply?

For example: Mon–Fri between 9:00 and 11:00.

Your details are used only to answer your request – no sharing, no newsletter. More in our privacy policy.

After the end of VCSP: your own model instead of someone else’s program

Broadcom ended the VMware Cloud Service Provider program (VCSP) on October 31, 2025; the European cloud association CISPE reports price increases of up to 1,000%. That left many IT system houses without the model they used to offer infrastructure under their own brand.

That is exactly the model you rebuild with us – on a European open source stack with KVM virtualization, compatible with Proxmox VE, operated from Austria. No licensing program that can be discontinued overnight.

  • “Bring your own backup”: on-premises Proxmox VE backups (KVM VMs) start as a cloud instance at the click of a button – a ready-made migration path for your existing customers
  • An individual TCO analysis with your numbers instead of blanket savings promises
  • Cancellable monthly, price stability commitment for 2026

Any questions?

Frequently asked questions about the partner program

How does my margin as a partner work?

We set the end customer prices centrally – identical for every partner and identical to our own direct prices. Your margin comes from your partner terms, which we define together in the partner meeting. The advantage: no partner undercuts another, and your customers never pay more with you than anywhere else.

Who invoices the end customers?

You do – and only you. Invoices and system emails carry your sender details, payment runs through your own payment gateways, and the money flows directly to you. myDataCenter.at bills you as the partner and never sends an invoice to your customers.

How is support organized?

Your customers turn to you – you remain the face to the customer. For platform and infrastructure topics we stand behind you as a second level, with a direct line to the people who actually run the systems.

Is there a minimum volume?

We won’t quote a blanket figure here that fits every IT system house. Talk to us: in a no-obligation partner meeting we clarify terms and how to get started – from your first test customer to migrating entire existing environments.

Are there setup fees?

The same applies to every product: no setup fee, cancellable monthly.

Do my customers see that myDataCenter.at is behind it?

The dashboard, the domain, the invoices and the email templates carry your brand throughout. Whether and how you communicate the infrastructure behind it is your decision – the Austrian location, the ISO 27001 certified data centers and the Cyber Trust Austria label work as selling points under your brand as well.

Where is my customers’ data stored?

Exclusively in Austria, including every backup – with an Austrian GmbH that has no US parent company and a place of jurisdiction in Austria. When the contract ends, the data is deleted in full, backups included.

Click through it before you decide.

We set up white-label demo access for you under a sample brand – you can work through the dashboard, the configurator and a backup restore at your own pace.
