What “managed” means here
Three levels, no hand-waving
“Managed” is a word everyone uses differently. Here it means three different things, depending on what you buy. All three are spelled out below, so you don’t have to ask.

The platform
We run everything up to the virtual machine. Inside it, you work yourself – around the clock, without a ticket.

We run infrastructure and services. Whatever runs inside your virtual machine is not ours to look after – and we would rather say so up front than afterwards.

Managed Services – answered briefly
Do you run my server completely, including the operating system?
No. We run everything up to the virtual machine: the server hardware, the storage, the hypervisor, the network and high availability. The operating system and the applications inside it are yours – or your IT provider’s. What that means in detail is set out in the three levels above.
Is this server outsourcing?
For the machine room: yes. You hand over hardware, storage, virtualisation and availability, and you keep your machines. For desktop support: no – that stays with you or your IT provider.
What does a managed server cost here?
Cloud Computing Server from €13.70/month, Cloud Computing Platform from €46.60/month. Billing is linear: €4.50 per core, €1.70 per GB RAM, €0.05 per GB SSD, €0.17 per GB NVMe, €25 per TB backup. No setup fee, cancel monthly. Every building block is listed on the pricing page.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No, you can cancel monthly.
Do you handle the migration of my existing servers?
We plan the move with you: your personal contact goes through the environment together with you. The work inside the guest system itself is done by your IT provider or by you.
Is this enough for NIS2?
Among other things, NIS2 requires disaster recovery and business continuity. We support you in implementing it – with verified backups and emergency operation at the click of a button. We cannot guarantee your company’s compliance; that is decided by your authority, not by your service provider.
