Use twelve months, pay for eleven
If you pay annually, a year with us costs eleven monthly prices instead of twelve. This applies to every product and to every item in your configuration. You need no voucher code and there is no deadline. You can work out the annual price yourself in one step: monthly price × 11.
What exactly applies
The free month does not just apply to the base price but to every line of your invoice. Every core, every gigabyte of memory, every gigabyte of SSD or NVMe storage, every terabyte of backup, every mailbox, every IP address, every VLAN and every add-on costs exactly eleven monthly prices per year. That includes IKARUS mail.security, which comes with every Zimbra account. This also covers the products added since: web hosting, DNS hosting and Managed OpenCloud.
We checked this in the shop rather than just claiming it, most recently on 5 November 2026: across all 448 price lines of the configuration options and all add-ons, the annual price is exactly eleven times the monthly price. We found no exception. That works out at 8.3% less for the same service.
Domains are not included. They are billed annually anyway, and their price follows the purchase price at the registry.

The same rule applies in every row: monthly price times eleven. The shop shows you the annual amount before you order.
Not a promotion but a pricing rule
We work without promotional discounts, and the free month is not a promotion either. There is no deadline, no minimum purchase and no introductory phase after which the price jumps. The basis is always the monthly price currently listed in the shop, and the rule applies to every annual invoice, including renewals. Our commitment not to raise prices in 2026 is unaffected.
Existing contracts
If you already pay annually, you do not need to do anything. Your contract has been switched automatically, and from your next billing cycle you pay eleven monthly prices instead of twelve. Nothing changes in your configuration.
If you currently pay monthly and would like to switch, a short message to our support team is all it takes. We change the billing cycle, and you do not need to order anything again.
The honest part
With annual payment you pay for the year in advance, on one invoice. If the contract ends early, we do not refund the period already paid. That is the trade-off for the free month. If you are not sure about your plans for the next twelve months, monthly payment is the better choice.
Monthly payment remains available at the regular monthly price. Annual payment is an option, not a switch imposed on you.
