we are pleased to let you know that we have taken our billing system to a new level, so that handling invoices and payments becomes even simpler and more transparent for you.
The new billing system is integrated into your dashboard and lets you keep track of your financial transactions.
What has changed?
- your invoices and payments can be viewed directly in the dashboard
- automation: from order to invoice – our services are provisioned and billed automatically and are available to you within minutes
- services booked at different times in the past are combined into a single monthly invoice
- the recurring payment run takes place around 14 days before the 1st of the month
- when you order new services, the invoice is sent to you by email immediately
